Eggs Benedict


My favorite thing Jaron makes me is Eggs Benedict.

He’s really good at it and I will eat it any and every time he makes it!!! Holadaise sauce is delicious and makes this dish so rich and delectable. If you haven’t had this sauce yet, you should!! So yummy.

Here’s what we use:
– Egg yolks
– Eggs White’s or eggs for poached eggs
-Lemon Juice
– butter
-Ham (or sandwich meat)
-Bread, I use GF sliced bread, traditionally it’s on an English muffin
